Tidest Order Cancellation Policy

At Tidest, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make order cancellations simple and transparent, while ensuring fairness to both customers and sellers.

1. When Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Cancellation is allowed if:

The order status is “Processing” or “Pending”.

The item has not yet been handed over to a logistics partner.

The cancellation request is made within a few hours of placing the order.

Once the item is marked as “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery”, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

1. Log into your Tidest account.

2. Go to “My Orders” and select the order you wish to cancel.

3. Click “Cancel Order” and follow the prompts.

4. If successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellations may be rejected in the following cases:

If the product has already been shipped or is in transit.

If the order is for custom-made, perishable, or non-returnable items.

If cancellation is requested after delivery, in which case the Return Policy will apply instead.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If payment was already made:

Successful cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method or your Tidest Wallet.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after cancellation approval.

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), there will be no charges.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, a seller may cancel an order due to:

• Stock unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Logistics limitations

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

6. Important Notes

Repeated cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of your account privileges.

Some promotional orders, flash sales, or limited-time offers may be non-cancellable once placed.

Always check the order status and product type before placing your request.
